Free Cooking Demo/Book Signing with Cat Cora at Macy's! July 1, 2010

Iron Chef/Macy's Culinary Council Chef Cat Cora will host a cooking demonstration and book signing at Macy’s Home store at Westfield- Countryside Mall in Clearwater. She will be featuring recipes from her new book, Cat Cora’s Classics with a Twist, available now from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. In her new book, Cat turns her eye to popular classic dishes to make them faster, fresher and lighter. These are the meals Cat relies on when she comes home from work to cook for her own family.
