Learn the fundamentals of Zen Practice in this free, day-long class. You will investigate the traditional forms of Zen practice, learn basic meditation techniques, and discuss how to incorporate Zen practice into your daily life. You will leave with sufficient knowledge of Zen forms to be comfortable entering and practicing in a traditional Zen meditation hall.
