Saturday, March 15, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday, March 16, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Stop by the National Kidney Foundation KidneyMobile® during the NBC5 Healthy Lifestyle Expo at Navy Pier for a FREE chronic kidney disease risk assessment.
Kidney specialists will offer attendees health consultations based on the results from the screening, which include a blood pressure check, body mass index calculation and a brief family health questionnaire.
In Illinois over 600,000 people have chronic kidney disease, and many more may have the disease and not even know. Early detection can make a huge difference!
