Free Childrens Health & Wellness Fair January 11, 2009

This free community event is designed specifically to address the health and wellness of infants, children and adolescents. There will be plenty of free information, nutritional support samples and health demonstrations.
The center's Naturopath Dr. Michelle Tucker, ND will be available to discuss healthy treatments for: asthma, allergies, eczema, headaches, arthritis, colitis, diabetes, immune disorders, autism, ADHD, PDD-NOS, Asperger’s syndrome, NLD, depression, anxiety, weight abnormalities and many other common health conditions of the pediatric population.

Info also available: Sample healthy snacks and get info on upcoming cooking classes for kids, get info on upcoming Reiki classes for kids, info will be available for a Baby yoga and Infant massage series, info on a "Healthy Kids Campaign" that directly studies the health of children and the lack of fruits and vegetables in kids diets today. And the center's holistic health counselor will be available to discuss the overall balance that can be achieved with our kids and families today.
