Free Catfish Advanced Screening, Presented by CINSSU and Alliance September 13, 2010

CINSSU at University of Toronto St.George Campus and Alliance Films would like to invite you to an advanced screening of Catfish. The passes are free for anyone to pick up and each pass admits two to the screening on Monday September 13th, 7:30pm at Innis College. Office hours are between 12-4pm at Innis College (2 Sussex Avenue, Room 107) Monday-Friday; just come in and ask for a pass. We recommend that all attending the screening show up at or before 7:00 for optimal seating.

FILM SYNOPSIS:

Nev, a 24-year-old New York-based photographer, has no idea what he's in for when Abby, an eight-year-old girl from rural Michigan, contacts him on Facebook, seeking permission to paint one of his photographs. When he receives her remarkable painting, Nev begins a friendship and correspondence with Abby's family. But things really get interesting when he develops a cyber-romance with Abby's attractive older sister, Megan, a musician and model. Prompted by some startling revelations about Megan, Nev and his buddies embark on a road trip in search of the truth.

Passes must be picked up in person at our office at 2 Sussex Ave., Rm. 107 (right next to the Cafe). We do not reserve passes. Office hours are stated above.

Seating is limited and not guaranteed. Passholders will be admitted first. Non-passholders will have to wait in the rush line. Please arrive early.
