Free Buddhist Class August 16, 2009

Free class on Sunday, August 16 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, at the Xuanfa Institute, 11507 Ashlan Avenue, Sanger, CA. Ven. Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche will read and discuss a preliminary translation of a sutra written by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III entitled "A Monk Expounds the Absolute Truth to a Layperson." This treatise on emptiness and meditation was composed at the request of the Abbot of one of the four leading temples in China and written while the Buddha Master was quite young.
