Swami Mukundananda, a revered Indian Saint is to visit Monroeville, PA to take sessions on Yoga, Meditation and Spirituality.

The program will have sessions on Vedic Sciences viz.,

Lead by a renowned saint, Swami Mukundananda, these sessions include multiple techniques to help achieve complete physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual health, leading to true Yoga, or Union with the Supreme.

The Programs will be focused on spiritual aspects of Yogic Wisdom, i.e. Spirituality, Divine Knowledge and Devotion, to purify the mind and consciousness. Each session will be divided into two. The first part of the session will focus on yogasanas, meditation, subtle-body relaxation, pranayam, science of proper diet etc. and the second part will include spiritual talks, followed by devotional chanting to purify the mind and soul.

The founder of a unique Yogic Life-style, named Jagadguru Kripalu Yog Sciences, Swami Mukundananda is a well-known teacher of Spirituality, Yoga and Meditation. A senior disciple of Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj, Swami Mukundananda has conducted several thousand sessions on Yoga & Spirituality in past two decades.

He received his degrees in Engineering and Management from two world-famous institutes in India viz., IIT and IIM. However, the call of God was so strong that a short while after landing a top corporate job, he renounced his professional career in the quest for God-realization.
