Frasca Monthly Pizza Class November 15, 2012

The informal, hands-on pizza-making class begins at 6:30 pm, at which time Chef will share the secrets to Frasca’s famous crispy thin crusts and perfectly prepared toppings. Students will then, of course, get to eat their creations, accompanied by two glasses of wine per person.
