This June, three local animal shelters are coming together to make a difference in the lives of cats in our community. The Capital Area Humane Society, Cat Welfare and CHA Animal Shelter will be working in partnership for the Franklin County 500 – to bring awareness to the needs of homeless cats in our community.
June 14 – 21 is Franklin County 500 week at each of the shelters. By working together, our goal is to help 500 cats through adoptions, micro chipping and spay/neuter.
