Frank Rendo flies solo on the West Porch of the West Pool Bandshell, overlooking the pool on the right, and the Atlantic Ocean on the left (opposite of Friendlys Ice Cream). It'll be an intimate evening under the stars. This wonderful night has become a yearly tradition. Come join us. Starting at 8pm. $10 suggested donation. DIRECTIONS From West of Jones Beach: Take the Long Island Expressway or Grand Central Parkway east to the Northern State Parkway, then to the Wantagh Parkway South, and follow the signs for Jones Beach State Park. Parking for the Jones Beach Boardwalk bandshell can be found in Field 4. Walk directly towards the flagpole at the Center Mall and make a right on the boardwalk. Walk toward the far end of the West Bathouse and up the stairs to the concert site...opposite from Friendlys Ice Cream. DIRECTIONS: From East of Jones Beach: Take the Northern State or Southern States Parkways West to Wantagh Parkway South and follow the signs for Jones Beach State Park. Parking for the Jones Beach Boardwalk bandshell can be found in Field 4. Walk directly towards the flagpole at the Center Mall and make a right on the boardwalk. The Bandshell is 500 ft down on the right.
