This is an exciting venue, which is in it's third year of producing live jazz concerts. Mingle with the musicians, meet new jazz lovers and eat some delicious food all in an intimate setting that accommodates 45 people.

cash at the door and avoid the fee. Being a small venue,
seats are not guaranteed until paid for.
Directions:
From North: Cross Bay Bridge. Take 880 So. to 29th Ave/Fruitvale exit.
Make an immediate right coming off exit, onto Derby Street,
which dead ends at Glascock. Turn right onto Glascock. 2875
is at the end of the block in Waterpark Lofts on the left. Enter
through parking lot and breezeway, make a right to #109. If
gate is shut, ring ECKFORD on call box besides it.
From Alameda: Cross over the Park Street Bridge and make the first right.
Waterpark Lofts will be the first complex on your right
From South: Take 880 No. to 29th Ave/Fruitvale exit. Make a right at stop
sign at bottom of ramp. At next stop sign make another right
under overpass. At other side of overpass make another right.
At next stop sign make a left onto Derby Street (be careful as
cars will be exiting freeway here). Derby dead ends at Glascock.
Turn right onto Glascock. 2875 is at the end of the block in
Waterpark Lofts on the left. Enter through pedestrian gate,
through parking lot and breezeway, make a right to #109. If
gate is shut, ring ECKFORD on call box beside it.
