Frank Delaney signs and discusses 'Tipperary,' his latest fictional recreation of Irish history. It chronicles the life of Charles O'Brien, from his days as an itinerant healer and folktale collector, through his experiences in Paris, tending to Oscar Wilde and falling in love with a young Englishwoman, to his later meetings with Parnell, Yeats and Shaw.
