Learn how to find, approach and help homeowners who need you and know what tools and training you need to succeed in any market!

Lets face it Homeowners who are late with their mortgage payments are afraid to tell anyone they are in trouble. That makes it hard for us real estate investors to know who they are. When we do find one of these homeowners, it is often hard to get them to allow us to even help them. And lastly, lenders often make it hard for us to help them because the lender does not usually trust that we will do what's best for everyone.

I will show you how to find the people who need you, how to approach them and how to help them better understand how you can best support them. I will teach you how to say the right things to the homeowner and I will provide you with the tools you need to help the homeowner figure out what to do for themselves with your guidance. I will also teach you how to present yourself to the lender so that they want to work with you to help this family.
