Take the pieces of your mind and create a fraction of your thoughts in paintings. The exhibition of “Fractions” is just that, pieces of Cheryl’s collection that she has chosen to share with you as you peer into the window of her mind.

The numerous styles and talents shine through and depict the complex personality that lies within her. Cheryl Ehlers is a published and award winning artist who creates in many styles using acrylic, watercolor and mixed mediums. The variety she is capable of creating sometimes boggles the mind as to which art is hers when displayed in exhibitions.

Not only is Cheryl a painter, she also is an art instructor, creating a program for the underserved youth in the community by sharing The Stardust Arts with young students in over 14 schools since 2009, along with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Carlsbad. Stardust was recently recognized by the California State Assembly and the Board of Supervisors of San Diego for its commitments to the youth in the Cities in North County.
