This four week program will introduce you to the essential elemnts of kundalini yoga meditation. You'll awaken to your creative potential, make contact with your subtle energy system, and begin to discover the dimensions of that energy. You'll receive instruction in our basic meditation technique and be guided in practice. The course is offered on four consecutive Wednesdays: September 17 through October 8.
