From the website:
The church is the center of the black community. Visit two of the most well-known African American congregations in the city: Antioch Baptist Church, with a history of more than 111 years of serving Clevelanders in the Fairfax community, and Olivet Institutional Baptist Church, once the local headquarters of the honorable Martin Luther King, Jr.
Today these places of worship serve not only the spiritual needs of their congregants, but also double as community health centers. Antioch is home of the Agape program, an HIV/AIDS testing and counseling partnership with the Cleveland Clinic. Olivet is the partner organization of the Otis Moss Jr. University Hospitals Medical Center.
Locations: Antioch Baptist Church at 5:30 p.m. (8869 Cedar Ave.) and Olivet Institutional Baptist Church at 6:30 p.m. (8712-14 Quincy Ave.)
