Tina K. Hall has served as the VP of Organizational Development at several Credit Unions. Through her work Tina has been instrumental in winning over 30 “Best Place to Work” Awards. Tina’s presentation will discuss why those results were not good enough. The conversation at work needed to change. This presentation will give participants three strategies they can implement at their credit unions to positively impact workplace culture.
