It?s a wonder it?s never happened before, but tonight?s the first time Klezmer has ever graced the inner walls of Nublu. Clarinetist David Krakauer?s Klezmer Madness is suited to the space though, bringing the traditional Jewish music back to its dance roots. The headliners of the evening, Forro in the Dark, return to their normal Wednesday night slot at Nublu just in time for CMJ. The band, headed by Mauro Refosco (David Byrne and Bebel Gilberto?s percussionist), has been packing the club full of Brazilian sweat almost since the beginning of Nublu.
