For The Love of Chocolate February 11, 2006

Bringing chocolate to your significant other this Valentine's Day is so 2005. Instead, bring him or her TO the sweet stuff ? to a magical world of chocolate, where models draped in cocoa necklaces roam, where sugar is woven into fantastic edible art, and where the intoxicating aroma and flavor of chocolate fills the air, tempting the eyes and the palate.

Come celebrate this wonderland of chocolate with Chicago?s top pastry chefs and chocolatiers during For The Love of Chocolate, a benefit to help a little girl in her battle with kidney disease and other children like her at Children?s Memorial Hospital.

On Saturday, February 11 from 7:00 ? 10:00 p.m., intricate chocolate clothing, dazzling chocolate body art, amazing chocolate sculptures and a luxurious ?Cocoa Sutra? room will all be on display. For only $45 a person, see all of this, eat, drink, participate in a silent auction, listen to some of the area?s top bands on three stages ? and of course, taste chocolate from Chicago?s top pastry chefs.

Tickets to the event can be obtained in advance by calling 219-921-0088. Tickets may also be available at the door on the night of the event. Parking will be available on-site.

Proceeds from For The Love of Chocolate will be split between Children's Memorial Hospital and the Children?s Organ Transplant Association Fund for Abigail Wodrich.
