One of the most explosive movie musicals in recent memory now bursts onto the Spotlight stage! To the rockin' rhythm of its Oscar-nominated top 40 score to which new, dynamic songs have been added, "Footloose the Musical" celebrates the wisdom of listening to young people, guiding them with a warm heart and an open mind. This musical will be directed by Justin L. Brooks who directed "Fame" and "High School Musical" at the Spotlight Theatre.

This play is written by Stage Adaptation by Dean Pitchford and Walter Bobbie.
Based on the original screenplay by Dean Pitchford with music by Tom Snow and lyrics by Dean Pitchford with additional music by Eric Carmen, Sammy Hagar, Kenny Loggins and Jim Steinman. "Footloose the Musical" is produced with permission from R&H Theatricals.
