Food, Wine & Co.’s London Pub Menu July 31, 2012

Bethesda hot spot, Food, Wine & Co. is taking diners straight to London this summer, without the pricey air fare. To celebrate the 2012 Olympic Games, Food, Wine & Co. launches a special London-pub menu featuring delicious British favorites with an inventive twist. Chef Michael Harr gets creative in the kitchen, crafting up one of a kind dishes fit for the 2012 Olympic Games, including dishes such as: Braised Beef Brisket with Old Speckled Hen English Ale sliders and crispy pickled cabbage ($13), Beer Battered Fish & Chips made with Boddingtons Pub Ale and a gribiche sauce ($14) and Pub-Style Pork Scrapple with spicy fried pickles and a hen egg ($12).
