605 Main Street
Middletown, Connecticut

Near hosts a "Food Not Bombs" community meal - a free lunch for social justice.

Meals are often organic and either vegetarian or vegan. Sometimes raw food supplies are available to take home. Meet caring, interesting folks and if you're lucky, get a taste of music along with some delicious food. The meal is prepared by any community volunteers wishing to participate. The meal is shared around 1pm in front of The Buttonwood Tree at Liberty and Main Street in Middletown. Everyone is welcome.

If you would like to help with the preparation of food, come to First Church of Christ - 190 Court St, around 11:30 am on Sundays. www.firstchurchucc.org

Approximate start time is between 1p - 1:30p
