Skyrocketing commodity prices, rising fuel costs, water scarcity, and population explosions have communities worldwide in the grip of a dire food and hunger crisis. Three of the foremost authorities on the subject will share solutions and forecasts for the future of this global challenge. Featuring: Vandana Shiva, physicist, environmental activist and author; and Carlo Petrini, founder of the International Slow Food Movement; and Raj Patel, author of Stuffed and Starved.
