Engage your taste buds, mind and fellow food lovers with an evening
dedicated to meeting your local farmers and the chefs that are diligently working to bring the fruits of their labor to your table. You will enjoy the best organic and sustainable foods Alberta has to offer prepared by the finest local chefs. Then sit back to watch Food Fight, a documentary that explores how American agricultural policy and food culture developed over the 20th century. The after party will follow in the Marquee Room with live music by Chris Velan.
