Food Bank For New York City celebrates the 2013 Can-Do Awards Dinner on Tuesday, April 30, 2013, Cipriani Wall Street, located at 55 Wall Street (between William & Hanover). Honorees are Mario Batali and Susan Cahn, Diane Sawyer & The ABC News Hidden America Team, Food Bank For New York City founder, Kathy Goldman, and Delta Air Lines. The evening includes a special musical performance by Jon Bon Jovi. Auctioneer is Brian McComack from Christie’s.
The Can Do Awards Dinner is the premier Food Bank For New York City event that helps support the nearly2.6 million New Yorkers who are struggling to put food on the table. Highlights of the evening include a cocktail reception beginning at 6 p.m. followed by dinner, live auction, awards presentation, and a musical performance.
