FOLK Book Sale June 13, 2009

Friends of the Libraries, Kona (FOLK) will be hosting its next book sale from 9:00 to 1:00 outside on the lanai of the Kailua Kona Public Library. A large number of Fiction, Nonfiction and Children’s books are available. Funds raised from sales help to support the needs of the three Kona libraries, as well as community, craft, and reading programs for youth. We encourage the public to come and stock up on reading materials and support your libraries at the same time.
In addition to the book sale, there will be a face painter and the Kona Masonic Lodge will be issuing keiki IDs (children must be accompanied by an adult).
