Focus the Nation training session on Global Climate Change April 6, 2007

UNLV's department of environmental studies will host the first nationwide Focus the Nation training session April 6 – 7, 2007 and will feature project director Eban Goodstein and Oberlin College environmental studies professor David Orr.

Focus the Nation is a national teach-in day on climate change that will take place on Jan. 31, 2008. This educational initiative is coordinating teams at more than 1,000 colleges, universities, high schools, businesses, faith, and civic organizations in the U.S.
