Flying Saucer Winter Beer Dinner Featuring Terrapin Brewing Company February 26, 2009

The Flying Saucer Draught Emporium will present a winter beer dinner featuring Terrapin Beer Company on Thursday, Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. at its location 931 Senate St.

The event will be hosted by two representatives from the Athens, Ga.-based brewery – Dustin Watts, vice president of sales and marketing, and sales and marketing representative John Wetzel. Five of Terrapin’s beers will be paired with a five-course, Low Country-style menu. Featured beers include the SunRay Wheat Beer, the Rye Pale Ale, the Gamma Ray Wheat Wine Ale, the Wake ‘N’ Bake Coffee Oatmeal Imperial Stout and the Dos Cocoas Chocolate Porter.
