Flu Shot Clinic October 21, 2009

Chapel Oaks, a senior housing community, will host a Flu Shot Clinic for Seniors on October 21 from 2:30 to 4:00pm that is open to the public. Attendees must bring their insurance cards to the event. Chapel Oaks is located on St. Ann’s Irondequoit campus, at 1550 Portland Avenue, across the street from Rochester General Hospital. For more information, call 585-697-6606.
