FLORIDA'S DELICIOUS HISTORY; A GASTRONOMIC JOURNEY THROUGH MODERN FLORIDA presented by Andrew Huse, assistant librarian at the University of South Florida's Special Collections Department and Florida Studies Center in Tampa.
