Healthy Eating Made Simple for National Nutrition Month at the Florida Blue Spring Health Festival

The Miami Florida Blue center invites local residents to explore healthy eating habits during National Nutrition Month at its Spring Health Festival on Saturday, March 12th. In addition to Florida Blue’s regular preventative screenings, attendees can also sample delicious and healthy recipes while enjoying complimentary cooking demonstrations.

Welcoming members and non-members from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., the Miami Florida Blue Spring Health Festival is offering attendees FREE health screenings including cholesterol and glucose tests, blood pressure measurements and more (a $95 value); FREE expert one-on-one consultations; FREE relaxing massages; and opportunities to win prizes from Florida Blue.

PLUS as a special this month, attendees can enjoy FREE food and FUN entertainment, including face painting.
