Flock Band Concert & Potluck- Faith Community Church March 29, 2009

The Flock Band, a 13 Piece Horn Band will present a stirring presentation of the Gospel in song at Faith Community Church Thanksgiving on Sunday, March 29 at 10:30am! A potluck follows immediately.

The Flock Band consists of all local musicians from a variety of backgrounds and churches. The Wind Section consists of Joe Larsen and John Mahan on trombones, John Abshier and Joey Karch on trumpets, and Ken Reed and Zack Pirkl on saxes. Pat Karch, Jeff Needleman, Kirk Wayman and Jason Young comprise the rhythm section, and Celeste McAllister, Pam Karch and Kathy Larsen round out the vocal section. This exciting group is made up of seasoned pros, long time musicians and very talented younger players.

All members of the community are invited to the potluck. Please bring a salad or a dessert, as the church will be cooking up hot dogs and hamburgers! Guests are encouraged to call the church office to let us know of your attendance!
Faith Community Church meets in the gym at Mountain View Middle, located on Shasta View Drive north of Highway 44, just before Simpson University. Church-wide Bible studies for all age groups begin at 9:30am with Nursery and Children's Sunday School also provided during the church service.
