Participants of this 3-day hybrid course will hear from high level speakers in a 1 day conference. Speakers will present exclusive case studies from their own FPSO management experience to draw best practices and solutions to operational problems, while panel discussions will help delegates assess and debate on the current issues facing the FPSO industry today.

A 2-day intensive training will then give participants a more in-depth training on the technical and operational challenges facing FPSO managers today. This includes project management issues such as interface and risk management, cost, and safety. New technologies such as FDPSO and FLNG will also be explored. While case studies, with focus on Asia, will ensure the applicability of the methods and techniques being discussed to Asian waters.
