Flagstaff Art In The Park July 3, 2009

Flagstaff Art in the Park is an arts and crafts festival featuring tightly juried one-of-a-kind fine arts and fine crafts designed and shown by the exhibitor. This will be the third annual show in Wheeler Park, Downtown Flagstaff, over the Fourth of July weekend!

This event is one of the highest quality art shows in all of Northern Arizona. Booths will again be located on the grass in Wheeler Park, across the street from City Hall and on the main thoroughfare to the Grand Canyon. Food vendors, regional and local entertainers, and quality arts and crafts booths will combine to make this year's festival a memorable celebration in the heart of Northern Arizona's cool pines.

Almost every imaginable art form from jewelry, pottery, textiles, glass, photography, wood working, to hand made furniture will be represented. Beloved local artists such as Jim Cole, Denise Edwards, Joel Wolfson, Joan Pevarnik, Bonny Waters and others, will join over 70 artists from across the country to showcase their talents.

This event also features non-stop live music throughout all three days of the event featuring the talents of Harry Ingerick, Matt Hall, Rick Cole, The Buzzard Brothers, Chuck Cheesman and special guest artist Julia Jordan.

The event is totally free to the public. The show times are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Friday July 3rd and Saturday July 4th, and 9:00 - 4:00 pm Sunday July 5th.
