Jump start your fitness routine with the Fitness Together Fall Workout Series at the U.S. National Whitewater Center.
The boot camp series is a six week outdoor fitness program packed with fun and energizing activities at one of the most unique venues in the world. This will be a full body, energetic “boot camp” style workout using the landscape of the US National Whitewater Center and run by the personal trainers from Fitness Together. Workout elements may include the natural activities available at the USNWC, as well as elements provided by Fitness Together trainers.
The hour-long workout begins at 8:30am and all you need to bring is a towel/mat and an enthusiasm for the outdoors.To keep the workouts personalized, space is limited at 25 people per Saturday, so register soon to kick off your fitness routine!
