• Volunteers who wish to participate must meet the following
requirements:
– They do not currently exercise on a regular basis
– They agree to follow a supervised, 21-day exercise program
with moderate exercise, 30 minutes, 3 times per week
– They will complete a fitness profile at the beginning and
conclusion of the 21 days
– A $20 fully refundable deposit is required and returned upon
completion of the study. The deposit is kept by the club if
they do not complete 9 sessions and two profiles.
• The Fitness Study profile consists of four components:
– Blood pressure
– % of body fat
– Resting heart rate
- Body weight
