Snap Fitness Needs 50 Volunteers to Participate in a 21-Day Fitness Study!
Individual results will be kept confidential; group results will be used as part of an inter-club fitness research project.
Volunteer Requirements:
• Age 22-75
• Do not currently exercise on a regular basis
• Will agree to follow a supervised 21-day training program with
moderate exercise 30-minutes three times a week
• Will take a supervised fitness profile at the start and at the end of
their 21-day program
• Do not need to be a member of Snap Fitness
• $20 fully refundable deposit upon completion of study
• Must be first-time guests
Must register by July 31, 2009
