Morris County personal trainer Carey Yang will present a Fitness Seminar titled "New Year, New Body, New You: 7 Easy Steps to Jump-Start Your New Year's Resolutions" on Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Rockaway Township Free Public Library, 61 Mt.
