In this FitCamp for women over 40, we work hard but we have FUN!

This small group class is NOT your typical aerobics class! We work with exercise bands to develop muscle, we do interval training to boost your metabolism, and we work on posture and balance in every class to keep you looking and feeling younger.
In order to support you outside of class, all participants receive a FREE 30-page nutrition manual and meal plans designed by a Registered Dietician.
This class meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:30-7:20 am
Pre-registration is required.
