Fitness & Fun Classes @ Bounceu! January 7, 2010

BounceU is starting classes on August 11th 2008 to join in the fight against childhood obsesity. We will have 4 class times per week. Mon & Wed. 10-11 a.m. and Mon. & Thurs. 5:30-6:30 p.m. so you can pick which one will work best for your child or group. The class is structured for every child to have fun and excerise at the same time! Each class has a fitness instructor that will take them through 1 hour of cardio and strength training (age appropriate) and while they are having their 15 min. cool down their instructor will give them a healthy habit to think about for the week. Each child that completes an 8 week course of the "Fitness & Fun" will recieve a certificate and free "Fitness & Fun" T-shirt! Reservations are required so call and reserve your spot today!
