The Knights of Columbus Council at St Ann Church in Clayton, will hold their first Fish Fry Friday of the year on February 15, 2013. Come enjoy the best fried fish in Johnston County, along with seasoned boiled potatoes, hush puppies and cole slaw. A beverage and dessert are included in the $8 per plate/2 for $15 donation. The event will be held in the St. Ann Church pavilion, located at 4057 US 70 Business West, between Clayton and Smithfield. Serving begins at 4:00 p.m. and continues until 7:00 p.m. You may dine in at the pavilion or if you’re in a hurry, try our Drive Thru lane.
The Knights of Columbus is a fraternal service organization dedicated to the principles of charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism. The money raised by Knights of Columbus events helps support many local charities throughout Johnston County such as the Al Varner Memorial Food Pantry in Clayton, the Cub Scouts, the Falcon Home for Children, special education needs at Johnston County schools, and the Military Order of the Purple Heart, just to name a few.
