On the first Thursday of each month from at least 5-7 pm, Windsor retail shops, restaurants and attractions offer great deals, unique entertainment and special events for the public. When you go to any of the First Thursday locations you can enter to win the $50 raffle. Enter at all the locations you visit for additional chances to win. The $50 Chamber Gift Certificate prize can be used as cash at over 40 different local businesses. The Gift Certificates are also available for purchase any time from the Chamber of Commerce.

Windsor Art Center – Scott Sanchez, Classical and Jazz Guitar concert at 6:30 pm. Classical Guitar Magazine said recently, "Sanchez drew the audience into his playing with his excellent performance. a performance which at times was introspective and at others extrovert. Windsor Historical Society – There is free admission to the Windsor Historical Society from 4 PM to 7 PM. There will be refreshments available to the public.

Windsor Public Library – The classic comedy movie “Some Like it Hot” starring Marilyn Monroe and Jack Lemmon will be shown. Doors open at 6:30 pm and the movies will start promptly at 7:00 pm. Free admission.
