Many First Friday regular attendees say that it is the quality and variety of speaker that we invite to join us that encourages them to come along
The next speaker is a great example of how First Friday can help you get an insight into big issues, right here in Petersfield.
We are delighted that in June the South representative for the Bank Of England will talk to us, and invite any questions or observations. Our feedback is also valued and will be directed back to HQ in the City.
So please do come along next month to take part in a fascinating, timely and hopefully insightful discussion. Visit our website for more information and to book your place. www.first-friday.org
So if you have a business based in or near Petersfield, if you are a local councillor or officer, or if you are involved with any local groups or organisations, this is a lunch you should attend - there is no membership - simply book in and turn up.
We are expecting a big turnout for this event, so please do book early, maybe bring a friend or contact with you...
We have a great schedule of speakers lined up over the coming months:
July 3rd – London 2012 – Rhian Parker will tell us about the latest plans, opportunities for business and what the Olympics means for Hampshire.
First Friday is run by volunteers on a 'not-for-profit' basis by:
Gareth Gammon (www.navigate-design.com)
Mike Kirby and Amanda Gale (www.antrobus.biz)
Mary Arshadi (www.follywinebar.co.uk)
First Friday is open to all, there is no Membership, no joining fees, no obligation, no charter, no rules, no minimum attendance, no commitment, it is not-for profit, run by volunteers etc etc... simply a lunch, a talk and any networking you may chose to undertake. We are always keen to grow the attendee list for First Friday, so please do forward this email to your colleagues or contacts who may like to be added to our email circular list and who may chose to attend...
