Our first attempt of collecting non-perishable foods helped to feed 18 local families. Our second attempt fed more that that…all said and done we will have contributed to aiding many local families. We are now designated as a permanent drop off site for both of these organizations.

These events are geared to benefiting the community and region as a whole and are not focused on merely personal gain. This establishment has a passion for supporting all arts and for assisting in whatever capacity possible, as well as jumping aboard to help with a gamut of charitable endeavors.

Butterfield’s Roadhouse which is set within this unique and nostalgic art and music atmosphere, is an old fashioned down to earth family friendly music venue for local and national artists, a special venue for traveling artists and performers, special events and jams, historic films and documentaries and more. It presents a variety of networking opportunities not only for local, regional and national arts of all genres but likewise helps to creatively network local and regional businesses passionately demonstration a genuine sense of community spirit.

PBFS is dedicated to the preservation and revival of the legacy of Paul Butterfield & to the rich traditions of the Blues styles of music through the support of the arts and those involved with the arts. PBFS strives to assist struggling artists and likewise to preserving the legacies and memory of the musicians of that era and introducing these musicians and musical styles to a new generation.

Folks are already enjoying many of these services.

We are also using and working to increase many organic products and eco-friendly products and improving all the time.

We are listening to our patrons and baby step at a time bringing in items of request. We have and are working to bring in a variety of natural insect repellants, natural body care products, camping needs, garden art, teas from around the world, music needs and more…

We are always maintaining the sense of newness and continually bringing in new surprises. Each time folks return they comment how things are changed and new and this keeps the excitement going.

We often send our musicians whom we book at our venue to other area venues, and share our events with other businesses helping to place focus on them as well.

In addition to our varied music events featuring Old-timey music, bluegrass, Irish/Celtic, Blues, Jazz, Americana and Folk and more… we are also presenting a book signing, Annual Meet the Artists Night, cheese tasting Nights and One person art shows among other activities.
