Fireworks at Waterfront Blues Festival July 4, 2007

On July 4th, the Waterfront Blues Festival presents a spectacular display of fireworks on the festival's opening day to commemorate July 4th and to celebrate America’s rich, original and most important contribution to music—the blues. DaimlerChrysler Truck Financial will present the fireworks show. KINK fm102 will simulcast the soundtrack.

Enjoy listening to fabulous blues right up to the time the first fireworks burst in the sky to “oohs” and “ahhs” at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, July 4, 2007. People begin staking out their favorite viewing spots at about 6 p.m.

The spectacular grand finale will be fired from three locations and will transition through stunning, color-changing and ground-shaking stages as it builds into an explosion of brilliant, trailing colors of ruby red and sapphire blue, twinkling strobes, crackling palms, screaming comets and thundering salutes. Get ready to feel the thunder!
