Our first Open Weekend of the year will bring a wide variety of activities and demonstrations using fires for cooking, heating and technology. Have a go at fire-lighting through to helping with metal smelting. The farm is dedicated to the better understanding of lifestyles of the past. It specializes in Celtic and Roman times and plays host to 1000s of school children and students per year.
