Synopsis:
In 4th grade, a little girl named Tina Palmer beat a boy named Todd Lehr in the championship round of an arm wrestling competition in gym class. 25 years later, still haunted by his defeat, Todd has challenged Tina to a rematch. With his pride and manhood on the line, can Todd pull enough strength to claim victory, or will Tina crush him as she's done before?

I'm Todd's sister. When we were growing up, he used to beat the crap out of me. And when he was in fifth grade he broke my nose while we were playing football. So, I'm thinking he has a great chance of beating Tina! And now that I think of it, maybe he has a few issues with women! Go TODD!!!!

Just heard Todds interview, great publicity. I know that the event will be a great success. HOWEVER being Tinas sister I know she can beat him. Todd failed to mention that over Thanksgiving weekend Tina was helping to put an engine in my brothers car and she picked up the car engine all by herself. She also pulls around pallets with hundreds of pounds on them all day at work. GO TINA !!!!

If you missed hearing Todd in last night's interview, they're replaying the show TODAY (Sunday, April 1) at 10AM and 4PM Pacific. It's a 2 hour show and Todd appears at the start of the 2nd hour, so he'll be on again at 11AM and 5PM Pacific (1PM and 7PM Central).

Yesterday was a big day! Todd was interviewed by 2 newspapers and the local ABC news station. And coincidentally, we ran into Tina on the street just as she was returning from her trip to Indiana! Tina's looking tough but Todd's staying positive! (I'm Todd's wife)

Just taled to Tina and she feelin pretty good. I am loving all the articles and the news story on channel 9. I am greatful for all the info I can get. Anybody who knew these two back then would not have at all been surprised that Tina won. With all do respect to her femininity Tina could have not only played football in high school but would have been competitive. Poor Todd picked the wrong person to regain his honor because she is going to put him down again.

Todd and Tina were interviewed today by the local CBS news station at the Mount Vernon Elementary School, where the original competition took place. It should air in Iowa at 6PM & 10PM either tonight or tomorrow. I'll post back when we know!

CBS KGAN just ran their story on Todd and Tina at 6PM here in Iowa and they're running it again at 10PM.

Tina is my baby sister and I remember growing up my brother Bill Mealman and I had a hard time controlling her when she was 5 years old. It took both of us to hold her down. I know my sister to this day is a very strong women and I have every confidence that she will be victorious over Todd once again. I only wish I could be there to see it but I know live near Las Vegas, NV and I am unable to attend her big match.
