Finding Love, Finding Happiness February 14, 2009

We often feel that it is hard to find love and deeply connect with others. Maybe we find our relationships with others dissatisfying or strained. In this workshop Gen Demo will explain what true love is, how to create love in our life, and how our experience of love can lead to a deep joy and happiness within. The teaching will include a guided meditation on love.

After the teaching and meditation we will have a delicious vegetarian Valentine's Day dinner party.

Gen Demo is a western Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Florida. Through her clear teachings and loving example Gen Demo shows us how to find peace and happiness in our daily lives.
