Are you tired off feeling under pressure most of the time? Are you looking for new ways to manage stress both at work and home during these challenging times? Meditation and principals from the yogic tradition can help you manage stress and bring more relaxation and joy to your life. Learn more by attending one of two workshops hosted by Nayaswami Pranaba Hansen at Kingswood United Methodist Church, 401 West Dundee Road in Buffalo Grove.

On Saturday, May 8th from 1-4 pm – participate in Managing the Challenges of Stress workshop. This training is the cutting edge of stress reduction, teaching simple techniques to reduce stress in minutes. It also focuses on how to better spend your energy on fixable problems and how to move beyond what is out of your control. Admission is $25.
