The Financial Analysis for Non-Financial Executives Program aims to increase participants' financial literacy. This includes an understanding of how strategy, economics, and business decisions drive financial performance. The program will allow participants to strengthen their financial literacy by focusing on the three roles of financial information including foresight, insight, and oversight. Faculty and industry experts will teach participants how to analyze past and present financial data to project, measure, and strengthen their companies' financial future. The program utilizes case studies, lectures, application exercises, simulations, and group discussions to empower successful non-financial executives with the essential financial tools.
